The New Business Enablement (NBE) team supports and enable end-to-end new business models from set-up to launch to fuel HP’s next phase of growth. NBE Team is focused on Solution design, development and roll-out and is working towards changing the way of working including habits and culture and willing to challenge status quo.

Our Transformation will be rooted in an understanding of the Lean-Agile Mindset and SAFe principles.


Education and Experience Required

  • Experience in process digitalization and process redesigned. Courses on Digital transformation, Lean Sigma and/or BPMN are a plus. Business administration with Technical background. Advanced university degree (e.g., MBA) or demonstrable equivalent.

In this role, you will have the ability to collaboratively contribute to the development of innovative principles and ideas, successfully operating in HP's most complex disciplines. Within the team you will help us providing highly innovative solutions as well as being part of large, cross-division functional teams or projects that affect the organization's long-term goals and objectives.


You will be part of the Digital Strategy for HP. Ensuring we bring the company to next level from Customer experience & process digitalization – and transform the way HP uses processes to design new digital tools to better serve our external and internal customer.



Based on Design thinking, NBE has developed an execution framework to ensure we bring new technology capabilities to the table supporting new business models and ideas across HP.


  • Support implementing NBE framework. Based implementation on teams feedback and progressively getting to support NBE to work on a more collaborative way.
  • Implement and support enablement framework methodology across teams and users.
  • Propose improvements to the framework methodology and facilitate implementation.
  • Be key team member for equipping our teams with the mindset and the methodology.
  • Support while implementing NBE Training curriculum within the Enablement team for key NBE deliverables

Knowledge / Skills

  • Proven track record of identifying opportunities for process digitalization and ability to turn opportunities into tangible benefits for HP teams
  • Analytical thinking, technical analysis, and data manipulation skills
  • knowledge on process transformation & process digitalization
  • Background on collaboration tools and methodologies is a must:
    • Trello, Atlassian, Miro, Signavio, Celonis, Smartsheet, Power BI or others is a must
  • Demonstrated knowledge of business improvement methodologies such as Lean and Agile
  • Courses on reporting and or design within current market collaboration tools:
  • Experience in Program Management and Process Design will be appreciated
  • Innate problem solvers who want to grow in a flexible, collaborative culture and growing environment
  • Being a curious person that challenges status quo
  • Project management skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
