Job Description : PGT is a multi-year transformation strategy to implement harmonized and simplified business processes enabled by an integrated enterprise resource planning (ERP) system utilizing SAP S/4 HANA business suite.

This role supports the implementation and deployment of the PepsiCo Global Template (PGT) by collaborating abroad functional SAP knowledge across all of the workstreams in our scope, namely Order To Cash, Record to Report (Finance), Financial Planning and Analysis, Forecast to Schedule, Make to Deploy (MTD), Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Trade Promotion Management, Forecast To Schedule, Procure to Pay, warehouse management. Additionally, the Cross-functional integration manager will be accountable to include the legacy system changes as part of the functionality being integrated for key solutions- end to end.

This role will ensure cross-functional cross value stream solution identification and integration for the PGT program (multi-workstream, multi-country, multi-vendor program). This role interacts with both PGT global solution teams and market solution teams to ensure cross-functional dependencies are aligned locally and at the global level.

  • Primary accountability is to partner with Global Process Owners Value Streams to design, support, and govern the cross-functional design requirements for the PGT solution
  • Support decision-making for cross-functional and cross technical topics
  • Ensure the cross-functional PGT solution integrity globally confirming the design, monitoring solution and ensuring clear design decisions, data definitions, process definition documents, and configuration rationale documents)
  • Support cross value stream data definition, modeling, and integration efforts
  • Actively engage and educate business process owners and SMEs on cross-functional and data design solutions and changes
  • Collaborate with all scrum teams to implement and deploy the end-to-end requirements
  • Together with program leadership, coach and collaborate with onshore and offshore/factory scrum teams to ensure configuration requests are implemented withing guardrails with high quality
  • Accountable to ensure project status for cross value streams reporting is transparent and aligned with the program office
  • Work closely with other IT vertical leads in competency building and assume complete responsibility & ownership for delivery excellence
  • Partner with the project Functional Deployment Solution and Business Process Leads to adopt and deploy the cross-functional integrated PGT end-to-end solution
  • Collaborate with the Global Value Stream Process Leads and Solution Design Leads – close and implement integrated solution topics (design, data, solution) and implement PGT SAP solution to in-scope business units
  • Make timely-making and manage escalations for functional cross-team topics of PGT
  • Engage the Global Governance team
  • Actively engage and educate business process owners on solution optimization, simplification and standardization capabilities
  • Ensure global lift and shift opportunities are deployed across the business units
  • Collaborate with all scrum, delivery, deployment and project leadership teams to implement and deploy the PGT solution leveraging SAFe agile methodology
  • Work closely and collaborate with onshore and offshore scrum team members to ensure a hardened solution and prioritized and sufficient product backlog for the teams to work against
  • Participate in key Sprint planning, retrospectives and other key ceremonies
Qualifications / Requirements :
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
  • 10 to 15 years of experience configuring, deploying and managing SAP ERP and SAP Cloud Solutions SAP Analytics on Cloud
  • Strong experience in end to end functional data and process design, development, and implementation, including integration across other functional areas, i.e. finance, make to deploy and procure to pay.
  • Deep, broad functional and solution knowledge of SAP solution development
  • Strong Data experience in global solution development, support, and governance capacity
  • Familiar with PepsiCo business processes
  • Knowledge of solutions deployed within PepsiCo
  • Previous leadership role on an SAP project
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
  • Proficient in written & spoken English
  • Ability to work flexible hours based on varying business requirements
  • Knowledge and experience in the following tools, disciplines and processes are nice to have: SAP SolMan, Azure, ALM, ARIS and MS Project
  • Solves highly complex problems within the work team, and with cross-functional teams
  • Strong influencing, facilitating and consulting skills in working with stakeholders at all levels in the organization and across departments
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changes in timelines and sequences
  • Adaptability and flexibility including the ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity and change
  • Consulting background a plus
  • Executive presence, maturity, and savvy to lead and collaboratively guide global value stream design and governance
  • Capability to manage multiple vendor relationships to ensure effective design, delivery, and governance of the program
  • Strong people leadership; Strong scope and disciplined solution change management experience
  • Experience working in a global matrixed organization
  • Strong Influencing and negotiation skills
  • Coaching/Facilitation skills (as promoted by the Agile Coaching Institute)
  • Demonstrated desire and ability to
    • Develop new technology skills, business knowledge, and customer service capability through training, experimentation, and self-study
    • Lead a global solution design and governance team across multiple deployments simultaneously
    • Develop and ramp up a global solution design and governance team
    • Effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
    • Translate complex technical topics/issues to non-technical partners/stakeholders
  • Provides outstanding customer service with direct and indirect customers
  • Ability to work flexible hours based on varying business requirements
